Okmulgee Emergency Management seeks to protect its citizens, reduce the loss of life and property, and promote a comprehensive plan of emergency that focuses on preparedness, response, risk reduction, and recovery for all man-made and natural disasters in cooperation with local, state, and federal law enforcement and government agencies.
