A) Consider and vote to approve deferred retirement benefits for Linda Manns. B) Consider and vote to approve the appointment of Jon Giddings to the Airport Advisory Board for the City of Okmulgee. C) Consider and vote to approve awarding a Contract for Trash Abatement from privately owned properties located throughout the City to Randy Nichols and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Contract and any other necessary documents. D) Consider and vote to go into executive session for the following: 1. Consider confidential communications between the City Council and the City Attorney concerning a pending claim. The City Attorney advises that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the city to process the claim or the conduct of the litigation in the public interest. The case is William L. Dangott v City. Authority is 25 O.S. § 307B4. In open session consider and vote to take appropriate action. 2. Consider confidential communications between the City Council and the City Attorney concerning a pending claim. The City Attorney advises that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the city to process the claim or the conduct of the litigation in the public interest. The case is La’Sheila L. Consider confidential communications between the City Council and the City Attorney concerning a pending claim. Consider confidential communications between the City Council and the City Attorney concerning a pending claim. The City Attorney advises that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the city to process the claim or the conduct of the litigation in the public interest. ORDER OF BUSINESS A) Consider and vote to acknowledge receipt of Permit No. WL000056120072 for the construction of 936 linear feet of six (6) inch PVC potable water line and all appurtenances to serve the Checote Addition, Okmulgee County, Oklahoma. B) Consider and vote to approve a Resolution amending the FY 2011-2012 annual budget by increasing revenues in the Okmulgee Municipal Authority to make necessary adjustments. C) Consider and vote to approve Change Order No. 1 with McGuire Brothers Construction, Inc. for the Okmulgee Raw Water Line Project, DWSRF Project No. ORF-10-11-DW, for an increase in contract price of $109,595.12, contingent upon approval by Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality, and authorize the Chairman or General Manager to execute the document. D) Consider and vote to approve the purchase of a tandem axle cab and chassis truck with dump body from Tulsa Freightliner – Western Star, the lowest and most responsive bidder, for a total cost of $95,450.00. E) Consider and vote to approve awarding a bid to the lowest, most responsive bidder for the purchase of belt press polymer and authorize Chairman/General Manager and secretary to execute the necessary documents. 5.
