Okmulgee Utilities Service Billing provides the City of Okmulgee with water, refuse (trash), and sanitary sewer services. We accept payments in our office, drive-through, night drop in the drive-through, mail, and through our Online Billpay Payment Portal.

Utilities Service Billing
Water and utilities service billing is due by the 15th of each month.
Any payment made after the close of business on the due date will be posted as the next days payment.
After the 15th a 15% fee is added and must be paid by the 20th.
If the water and utilities service billing is not paid in full by the 20th, a $30 past due fee will be applied and service will be disconnected on the 21st.
Failure to receive a bill does not void a late penalty charge.
Water and utilities service billing dates, fees, and penalties are set by the Okmulgee City Council.
